  6.                This month we provide  the first in a  two part series of  metric
  7.                conversion templates.  If you need to convert between metric  and
  8.                standard forms of measure these  AppleWorks GS templates are  for
  9.                you.
  10.  
  11.                The templates  in the  first part  of this  series are:  AREA.GS,
  12.                VOLUME.GS, and WEIGHT.GS.
  13.  
  14.                They all work the same way.  Each has a number of different units
  15.                you may convert between.  The conversions are performed by moving
  16.                right until you find a table with the units you'd like to convert
  17.                FROM at the  top.  Now  enter the  number of that  unit, and  the
  18.                units below will recalculate.  Simple!

  20.                These templates  will  prove  invaluable  to  the  AppleWorks  GS
  21.                dependent instructor.  Students will also find it an easy way  to
  22.                do their calculations.

  24.                Select File Copier from the File menu to copy these templates  to
  25.                your own disk.   To load them into  AWGS from the /SD.GSX.1  disk
  26.                open the GS.TEMPLATES folder and our templates are yours for  the
  27.                clicking.
